WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEES

Registration Fee will be waived.

The Organizing Committee has reserved a block of rooms at Liuyuan Hotel for the attendees in Nanjing. Similar arrangement has been made in Shanghai. Attendees are required to send the number of rooms they need at the time of submitting their abstracts. The registration includes:

- access to all scientific sessions;
- coffee breaks and buffet lunches;
- transfer to and from workshop venues;
- welcome cocktail reception on October 31;
- social dinner.

Liability
Registered conference participants agree that neither the Organising Committee nor the conference Secretariat are liable or assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the conference. Participants are advised to arrange for their own health, travel and personal insurances. The Conference organization does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft or damage to belongings.
